Student Success for SABRE at ICAST, South Korea

Andres Rivero, a PhD student working with SABRE at the University of Bristol, won a Best Oral Presentation Award at the 29th International Conference on Adaptive Structures and Technologies (ICAST) in Seoul, South Korea. ICAST is the longest running conference in the field of adaptive structures and Andres saw off tough competition from around the globe to take home the prize with his talk entitled “Aerodynamic Benefits of the Fish Bone Active Camber Morphing Device: Experimental Study”. He received a certificate and ₩100,000 cash.
